  What a dreadful place to stay. Dirty bathroom, blinds falling apart. Do not recommend and definitely will not be back.

  Good size room but facilities sadly lacking. Bathroom waste bin from previous occupants had not been emptied before our arrival (8pm). Bedroom that would sleep 4 people provided 2 cups toaster and a microwave no teaspoons or other cutlery and crockery of any kind. Milk was sour. TV worked via WiFi but we were never given the password and after hours didn’t answer the phone when called. Very dangerous step up and over the bath to get into the shower.

  Our room (No.14) was more then adequate for my family of four. I was informed that the room we booked was the biggest & only suite on-site with that particular layout also so my review is based on what I personally experienced. Neat, clean & well presented. 2 bedrooms, both with balconies. Full size kitchen complete with 6 seater dining area, lounge room with wall mounted flat screen tv. Bathroom consisting of a stand alone shower, vanity & bath tub with detached toilet. My only complaints would be that the spa jets in the bathtub don't work. My husband tried to turn it on & it made "working sounds" but unfortunately did not work. There was also no globe at all in the lamp in the lounge room, so you either watch TV with all the lights on or in the dark. Comfortable stay otherwise.

  Stayed here for one night. Staff were really great in checking me in early. I had a queen room on the bottom floor. Quiet, super clean, ice cold glasses in the fridge. Hot shower with great water pressure. Cannot fault the place honestly. Really big room for the price I paid. Black out curtains were fantastic. Great location.

  I booked for check in on Monday and check out on Friday. They charged me for Friday night with check out on Saturday. When I tried to get a refund they told me it was a non refundable room. I NEVER asked for Friday night. $269 for a night I never requested. I called the manager (ph number is on the reception door as there is no one in reception) who proceeded to chew food into the phone. I sent emails and no one responded. They literally stole $269.00 from me.
  The bathroom was mouldy, no toaster in the room and the room had a musky smell to it.
  I would not recommend this motel. If you chose to ignore this warning and book there, watch what they charge your credit card.

  Comfortable visit. Heater was on when we arrived. Perfect for the winter. Very close to the beach . 5min drive from everywhere to visit. 80's style rooms. Unfortunately no pay tv here, but we didn't come to watch t.v.
  free wifi.
  $ 240 night is a little pricey but that's the price for a great location with beach views

  Because of bad internet service I was booked on the incorrect date when making an online booking. I called the hotel who said it was nothing to do with them that as I had booked online I had to do a cancellation through the website. The website is Bookings247. After trying to contact them all day via webpage contact form phoning all their state office phone numbers, non of which work AT ALL! I would have expected that since this hotel uses this booking system, they should be able to intervene into customer issues. I am once again having to fight for my money back after getting ripped off online. Sigh. Consumer Tribunal here I come again. I give 1 star because I cant give NO stars.
