- Olivia H Added September 17, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Had party booked here. Everything went fine until I tried to offer some feedback to manager. The party apparently included 4 jumping adults free of charge. This was not communicated with us. When I tried to tell the manager this she insisted that it is on all there promotional material. I explained that we booked directly, at the center therefore had not seen their promotional stuff. I told her that her staff could have mentioned this during the two hours we were at the party, considering they supply a party host for 2 hrs. I had also called the day before to confirm numbers. They did not mention it then either. I was simply offering feedback so somebody else doesn't get caught out. Manager could not take constructive criticism.
- Steve Hancox Added July 04, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our little man had his 4th birthday party here and had the most amazing time. All the kids loved it and I would definitely do it all again. Made it easy for set up and had plenty of space. The staff are awesome and helped out in everyway possible.
